If you’ve been following along with our social media pages, you’ve probably already seen Angela get showcased a couple times. If you’re reading this blog and have no idea who Angela is, let us introduce you! Meet Angela Lavoie, she has been working with Strategic HSE for 7 years as our Program Development Manager but recently, Angela has been promoted to our NEW General Manager position!
Prior to being promoted, Angela oversaw client program development needs such as policies, procedures and manuals as well as set up and management of Digital Action Tracking System (DATS) accounts and e-learning development requirements. She managed numerous transportation client accounts including NSC Carrier Safety and Maintenance Program Development, data management of truck/trailer and driver files, and monthly hours of service/logbook auditing. Angela’s experience is well-versed in all things Strategic HSE which made her the perfect fit as our business' first General Manager.
Angela’s new responsibilities as General Manager will include day-to-day operations of Strategic HSE, developing and implementing CRM (Client Relations Manager) software to manage client accounts more efficiently, tracking all costs, as well as monitoring workloads and assigning tasks to our team members.
With Angela taking on a new role within our company, we are excited and eager to continue to provide quality services to our clients. We’re lucky to have Angela spearheading our operations and thankful she’s a part of our team! Congratulations on your new endeavour, Angela.
