With over 15 years as a Registered Nurse specializing in rural medicine and Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), she has a deep understanding of safety protocols, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

In addition to her healthcare background, Terri has 12+ years of experience in IT solutions, focusing on project management, data analysis, software implementation, and system support. Her ability to integrate technology into operational processes provides a strong foundation for improving safety and compliance in the transportation sector.
