Sherri Shumko joined the Strategic HSE team in December 2025, bringing a practical, field-first perspective shaped by experience across heavy equipment, gravel crushing, trucking, and both residential and commercial construction. She is known for helping crews work safely, efficiently, and with confidence in demanding environments.

Sherri brings hands-on experience in safety training, hazard assessments, and incident prevention, along with a strong understanding of WCB processes and worker support. Her approachable style and practical problem-solving skills allow her to connect easily with both frontline workers and leadership teams.
