Amber Kuester returned to Strategic HSE in April 2025, resuming her role as a Health & Safety Consultant. With nearly two decades of experience in the transportation industry, Amber brings practical expertise, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for supporting clients both in the office and in the field.

Her background includes 18 years in transportation operations, including 6 years as an owner-operator. She’s well-versed in licensing, safety compliance, and administration for various sectors such as livestock, log, and LTL transport across Canada and the U.S. Amber has also played a key role in onboarding and orienting new drivers and workers, streamlining safety processes for clients.

Amber thrives in hands-on roles and is known for her approachable, solutions-focused attitude. Whether she’s coordinating field support or helping clients build stronger safety programs, she brings a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for people.

When she's not working, you’ll likely find Amber outdoors with her kids—on the tractor, tending livestock, or busy with projects on the family farm. Her grounded approach and experience make her a valued member of Team Strategic.
