Angela joined us in December 2014 after nearly 16 years at Mercer Peace River (formerly Daishowa-Marubeni International Ltd.). She has been working with Strategic HSE for 7 years as our Program Development Manager but recently, Angela has been promoted to our NEW General Manager position!
Prior to being promoted, Angela oversaw client program development needs such as policies, procedures and manuals as well as set up and management of Digital Action Tracking System (DATS) accounts and e-learning development requirements. She managed numerous transportation client accounts including NSC Carrier Safety and Maintenance Program Development, data management of truck/trailer and driver files, and monthly hours of service/logbook auditing. Angela’s experience is well-versed in all things Strategic HSE which made her the perfect fit as our first General Manager.
Angela’s new responsibilities as General Manager will include day-to-day operations of Strategic HSE, developing and implementing CRM (Client Relations Manager) software to manage client accounts more efficiently, tracking all costs, as well as monitoring workloads and assigning tasks to our team members.
