Grant Anderson joined the Strategic HSE team in the fall of 2024, bringing over 35 years of hands-on forestry experience. His career includes 18 years at Mercer Peace River, where he excelled as a Field Operations Supervisor. In that role, Grant was responsible for overseeing all phases of harvesting operations, road construction, and rehabilitation projects. His expertise extends to leading teams, managing production, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency.

As a Field Safety Consultant at Strategic HSE, Grant plays a crucial role in supporting the Field Operations Safety Manager. His primary responsibilities include implementing Safety Management Systems, conducting worksite inspections, performing safety observations, and overseeing truck/NSC audits to ensure full regulatory compliance.
